How Do We Do It?
Determine the Value of Your Home - We schedule a thorough walkthrough and taking detailed notes regarding the condition of the property, any upgrades, etc. We also run a detailed CMA (Comparable Market Analysis) which compares your home to other similar homes that have recently sold in your neighborhood.
We will work with you to develop a marketing strategy & market your home using several different methods. We use the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) ,which only licensed real-estate professionals have access to, postcards, flyers, email marketing, virtual tours, REALTOR.com, and our website.
With your authorization we will place a lock box on your home which will allow other licensed real estate agents access. All access is recorded and sent to your listing agent so they are aware when other agents are showing your home.
Upon receiving an offer for your home we will represent you during negotiations. We become part messenger, part manager, and most importantly your rock! We will work hard to make sure your needs are met as a seller and that all contingencies are met to your satisfaction.
